Consultation Fees & Rebates

Please note that fees are payable at the time of your consultation

These fees apply for sessions in person or via telehealth (on-line or phone sessions)

Additional fees apply for extended sessions & phone calls outside of regular consultations; completion of forms and/or report/letter writing; attendance at meetings or extended phone liaison with your child's school (if required) or with other agencies or professionals

A cancellation fee of 100% of the full fee is charged for missed appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 business hours prior to the appointment.  Medicare rebates do not apply to cancelled/missed appointment fees

A medicare rebate applies (currently $145.25 per session) when you have been referred by your GP, paediatrician or psychiatrist with a valid Mental Health Care Plan.  The Australian Federal Government provides up to 10 Medicare rebated sessions per calendar year.
